Dakshinaamnaaya Peetha(Universal Vedic Institution of south) for Rigveda Studies established by the Great Saint/Legend Aadi Shankaraachaarya of Kalady. This is the most prominent of the four PEETHAs(World's Veda Centers) established by Sri Shankaracharya in the four corners of mighty and vast Indian Nation - Bharat for the study of four Vedas. The great temples of Sharadamba and Vidya Shankara are the main land marks of Sringeri built on the banks of river Tungaa. This is the most prominent Hindu Center in the world. The Vedic College of Mutt is dedicated to the study of Advaitha Phylosophy of Aadi Shankara.
